All items are custom printed and made to order just for you.

✅ **We will replace or refund if**:
- The item arrives damaged, faulty, or has a printing error
- You contact us within **14 days of delivery**
- You send a clear photo showing the issue to support@gifechishop1.com
- We cover return postage and send a free replacement or full refund

❌ **We cannot accept returns for**:
- Change of mind, wrong size selected, or you don’t like the design
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Delays caused by the courier or incorrect address provided
